Commitment

My purpose for work is to provide state-of-the-art organizational theory and application for today’s workplaces—and to make customized workforce development affordable to organizations.

I offer development in “chunks;” that is, participants learn skills they can apply immediately, practicing in their own work environments.  Follow-up “chunks” of skills development can be scheduled in 1-to-3 month segments for reinforcement and to take application to more complex levels.
